Bitchin’ Chipotle Dip

Ingredients
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp chipotle powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp onion powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp salt
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup (5 oz) whole raw almonds, soaked
1 cup water
¼ cup lemon juice
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Bragg liquid aminos/Tamari
2 garlic cloves, whole
Directions
Soak the almond in water for 8-12 hours.
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor.
If using a food processor, slowly add the water while processing.
Blend on high speed for at least 5 minutes or until the mixture is smooth. You can add a little more water a tablespoon at a time if you want the consistency to be thinner. Refrigerate and consume within one week – separation is normal when it sits in the fridge, just stir it up before serving. Enjoy!
