2 garlic cloves, minced
1 green onion, chopped
¼ cup red onion, sliced thinly
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce (or salt)
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp Korean hot pepper flakes (gochugaru)
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
