Slow Cooker Butter Chicken

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed

14.5 oz can tomato sauce

13.5 oz full fat coconut milk

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp tandoori masala

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp ground coriander

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

Before Serving:

3 tbsp almond flour

1 tsp lemon juice

¼ tsp salt

Serve with:

Naan

Directions

  1. Combine - all ingredients in a 6 quart slow cooker. Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours.

  2. Add final ingredients - Just before serving, stir in the almond flour, lemon juice, and adjust salt to taste.
