12 oz edamame, shelled & tender
2 cloves garlic
½ cup tahini
½ cup water, ice cold
½ cup packed cilantro leaves
¼ cup lemon juice
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
¾ tsp ground cumin
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper

Directions
Finely chop the garlic and lemon juice in a food processor and then let sit for 5 minutes.
Add the tahini and blend.
Slowly add the cold water until desired consistency.
Add edamame, cilantro, olive oil, kosher salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper; blend until smooth.
