½ cup honey/maple syrup
2 carrots, shredded
1 cup oats
½ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
¼ cup butter, room temperature or coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat the oven to 350°F
Put all ingredients, except the shredded carrot into a bowl and blend until smooth.
Stir in the shredded carrot.
Spread mixture into a baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
