2 lb thinly sliced pork belly

½ medium onion, sliced

3 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces

6 tbsp gochujang 

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp rice wine/mirin

2 tbsp sugar/ brown sugar

1 tbsp honey/sugar

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp grated ginger

½ small apple grated
