1 tbsp flour

Preheat the oven to 325°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, condensed milk, pumpkin, and butter to thoroughly combine.
In a small bowl, mix together flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and a pinch of salt; stir into pumpkin mixture.
Pour pumpkin filling into the pie shell. Place filled pie tin on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until filling is set around edges and slightly loose in the center. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
