2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp honey
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
In a medium casserole dish, evenly coat the carrots in butter, honey, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
