4 tilapia filets
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp butter, melted or olive oil
3 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp parsley
pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut foil to the proper size to wrap each filet.
Saute garlic. Add butter/olive oil, parsley and lemon juice.
Rinse tilapia filets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels.
Place filets on a cookie sheet. Pour lemon juice over filets, then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper. Wrap each filet.
Bake in a preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 10 min.
