2 ½ cups of cashew halves or whole
8 oz white or dark chocolate (not chips)
sea salt
30 caramel squares (Kraft caramels)
⅓ cup heavy cream

Directions
Arrange clusters of 11-12 cashews.
Place the caramels in a bowl, pour cream on top, and microwave for 3 minutes (stopping and stirring every 20 seconds).
Spoon 2 teaspoons of caramel onto the clusters.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1-2 minutes (stopping and stirring every 20 seconds).
Spoon melted chocolate on top of each cluster.
Top with crushed cashews and sea salt.
Chill clusters in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
