8 oz (½lb) chicken thigh, skinless, boneless, and marinated in magic sauce
1 cup broccoli, cut to bite size pieces
1 cup cabbage, quartered
1 small carrot, peeled and sliced
2 cups rice, cooked
green onion for topping
magic sauce for topping

Directions
Marinate the chicken thighs overnight.
Preheat a grill or pan.
Rinse all the veggies and then toss them on the pan. Cover and let cook for 2-3 minutes. Check on them occasionally. Add a tablespoon of water to the pan for steam until veggies are to preferred softness.
Grill or pan fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes on both sides until the internal temperature is 165°F.
Cut the chicken to bite size pieces.
In a bowl, place the rice, veggies, and then chicken. Top with the magic sauce and green onions.
