2 large spinach wraps or 4 slices whole grain bread
¼ cup hummus
3 tbsp Kalamata olives halved
¼ cup crumbled feta
3 tbsp pickled banana pepper slices
1 cup cucumbers thinly sliced
1 medium tomato thinly sliced
¼ red onions thinly sliced
6 pieces butter lettuce

Wrap:
Spread hummus on ¼ of the wrap, place tomato slices on another ¼, place cucumber slices on another ¼, and the lettuce on the remaining ¼ of the wrap.
Add the olives, banana peppers, and red onion onto any ¼ of the wrap.
Fold in half, and then in half again.
Sandwich:
Toast the bread, if desired.
Spread hummus on both sides of the bread and layer with olives, feta, banana peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and lettuce.
