⅓ cup split mung bean, uncooked, rinsed, & soaked overnight (~1 cup cooked)
1½ cup whole milk, divided
½ cup Savoy coconut cream
3 cups tea of choice
¼ tsp pandan extract
12 tbsp sugar or to taste

In a blender, add the mung bean and ½ cup milk and blend to a smooth puree consistency.
If using uncooked split mung beans: in a small pot, cook the mung beans in ½ cup of water. Bring it to a boil, then lower it to a low simmer for 12 minutes. Stir if needed to prevent burning.
In a medium pot, add the remaining milk, coconut cream, mung bean puree, tea, and pandan extract and stir. Once the sugar is dissolved, you can drink it warm or let it cool to drink with ice.
